🧩 Education Platform Development
Designing Complex Education Platforms with Clarity, Collaboration, and Purpose
This case study highlights my work designing and supporting the development of web-based platforms for curriculum mapping, education standards, and Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs. I applied my skills in user analysis, UX design, technical documentation, and QA testing to ensure these tools met the needs of diverse users—locally and globally.
🔍 Project Overview
Across three major initiatives, I led or contributed to the design and delivery of education platforms that support curriculum planners, education ministries, and CTE stakeholders. My role spanned user research, mockup creation, functional spec writing, and collaboration with developers and clients in agile environments.
These platforms improved access and usability for teachers, administrators, and learners—and supported curriculum development and policy efforts in both Florida and international contexts.
🎯 Objectives
Analyze user needs and define platform goals through stakeholder interviews
Create UX mockups and user flows to guide development
Write functional specifications for front-end and back-end systems
Collaborate with clients and agile teams
Conduct QA testing and provide structured feedback during sprint cycles
